We built our cottages as a natural extension of the farm - a place to slow down, ground yourself in nature, and reconnect with the rhythms of the land. We hope guests will wander, explore, meet the animals,
enjoy the changing seasons, and experience the sense of peace that drew our family here in the first place.

The Barn at Sheepneck Valley is also an active part of the farm and hosts a limited number of
small weddings, intimate celebrations, private dinners, retreats, and other thoughtfully curated gatherings.
From time to time, an event at The Barn may take place during your stay and may be unrelated to your visit. We intentionally keep these gatherings small and limited so the farm remains the peaceful,
restorative place we want our guests to experience.

    Inside, you’ll find a private king bedroom, full kitchen, inviting living spaces, and a cozy loft with a sleeper sofa - offering additional space for family or friends.

    The cottages offer the best of both worlds - private and peaceful, but never isolated. You’re staying on a working farm, where cattle graze, chickens and ducks roam, gardens grow, and the rhythms of farm life continue around you.

    This is more than a place to stay. It’s an invitation to experience life on the farm - beautifully, comfortably, and at a slower pace.

    Coming soon, a wellness garden nestled between the cottages will offer a peaceful place to unwind, anchored by a shared firepit. Gather around the fire, settle into the quiet, and look up - stargazing under the Tennessee sky is sure to be a must-do.
