OUR STORY
Our connection to this land began in 2014, when we, the Sparks family, found an initial 100-acre piece of property and knew, the moment we heard the creek and stood beneath the great swamp oak, that it was home. Within two years we had built The Barn at Sheepneck Valley.
A decade later, it has grown to 275 acres.
The farm has always been our passion—the heart of everything we do. Today it is alive with bees, chickens, ducks, cows, pigs, berries, and a garden- and a growing family committed to caring for the land for generations to come. Through gatherings, farm stays, and weddings, we invite others to slow down, reconnect celebrate, and make memories of their own. We share that passion through our venue and farm stays, inviting others to gather and create lasting memories on this land we love.

our agro-tourism retreat offers two private, high-end creekside cottages, a stunning barn venue, and living land —
where regenerative farming, seasonal rhythms, and genuine rest coexist.

with the land, with where your food comes from, and with the people who matter most.
Each of our two beautifully appointed cottages is thoughtfully designed to feel both luxurious and deeply grounded. Expect warm natural materials, curated comfort, and views that open onto pasture, orchard, creek, trees, and sky. Wake up to birdsong.
